Return & Refund Policy
Here at nevéll skin, we put a lot of love and work into our product, therefore please be aware that all sales are final. We can only accept returns for refunds if within 5 days of receiving product, we are notified by email at info@nevellskin.com and the product is in its original packaging, unopened.
Returns
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase please!
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 5 working days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note that we provide and pay the cost of shipping of orders over $60. So in this case, we will deduct the cost of shipping then issue you the remaining refund.
