I truly believe that our excuses will cost us more than a healthy dinner or investing in natural beauty products that are focusing on helping us heal. At the end of the day, we are responsible for ourselves, we are responsible for our decisions and we are responsible for our excuses.

Here is an easy protein packed pasta that serves a family of four for under $10!!! I will let you know now...this will be common once you learn what ingredients to look for, how to pair flavor combos and shop what is on sale!
Banza pasta is a chickpea pasta that is gluten free, high in protein, and helps support a healthy gut. Adding broccoli, spinach and zucchini will boost your antioxidants and vitamin intake while also providing skin boosting and immune boosting benefits.
- Follow pasta cooking instructions. Add one tbsp grapeseed or avocado oil to a pan and bring heat to medium.
- Toss in broccoli and onions and cook for 1 minute until tender. Cover with lid for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped zucchini, garlic, and seasoning of choice and cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes or until you reach desired tenderness.
- Add the pasta, pasta water, hummus, spinach, and sauce. Mix well and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Top with basil, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and enjoy!
